Head of Early Years Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Head of Early Years Practice to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and education. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in creating an environment where both children and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Inspire and motivate the nursery team to achieve excellence in early years education.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of care and education, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Team Development: Foster a supportive and engaging workplace that encourages staff development and growth.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, parents, team members, and central office colleagues.
- Communication: Promote team and brand values through effective communication and teamwork.
- Operational Management: Participate in monthly meetings at the central office or other nursery settings as needed.
We are looking for an experienced early years professional with a Level 6 or 7 qualification in Early Years, and at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and strong relationship-building capabilities. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork and collaboration is essential.
