The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in a scientific or engineering discipline, with experience in customer service environments. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide technical information and support to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our Life Science instrumentation, including In-Vivo imaging devices. You will also provide first-line user training on our Life Science systems and maintain accurate records of your activities.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as private healthcare, company car, and life insurance.
