Operations Assistant Apprentice

This 18-month Apprenticeship opportunity will help you build on your organisational and communication skills, while working towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to the teams within Children's Services, including customer service functions, updating finance models, and scheduling meetings.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new starters, including user setup, equipment requests, and IT induction.
- Deliver a range of administrative functions, such as diary management, photocopying, scanning, filing, and responding to requests via email, letter, and telephone calls.
- Maintain and update records, and support teams with data entry and numerical data.
- Develop professional relationships with your own team and with others who we work alongside and provide services to.
- Complete a Business Administration Level 3 qualification, funded by the Council.
- Join a personal and professional development programme, which will involve a series of varied development activities and events throughout your time with the Council.

Eligibility- Be a Hammersmith & Fulham resident or care leaver aged 16+.

- Not currently qualified in Business Administration at Level 3 or above.
