About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring seamless store operations and customer satisfaction
- Coach and develop colleagues to improve service and performance
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and store operations
- Maintain a deep understanding of store performance and assist managers in driving improvements
What We Offer
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will enjoy a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for increases and additional payments based on location and skills. You will also benefit from a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
