Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submission of new business to providers, including investments, pensions, and protection business.
  • Data input of client and plan information onto our back-office system, ensuring accurate management information and reporting.
  • Preparation of valuations of clients' investments and pensions.
  • Storage of documentation as required for record keeping and information.
  • Diarizing events throughout the business cycle.
  • Production of new document packs and preparation for client meetings.
  • Production of client portfolio review information and presentation with meeting packs.
  • Liaising with providers for valuations and other product information as needed.
  • Undertaking necessary training and continuing professional development required by regulatory authorities and our supervisory team.
Requirements:
  • Good people skills and ability to work in a busy office environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a whole of market advice environment as a Financial Services Administrator or similar.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and provider websites.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
