Ecommerce Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at St. Mary's Hospice. As a key member of our online department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our online retail presence, primarily focused on fashion, footwear, and accessories sales.

• List new products on all agreed online platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions.
• Merchandise stock online to create an attractive and professional online shopping experience.
• Photograph and edit high-quality product images to showcase our products in the best possible light.
• Promote listings on eBay and other online platforms to meet income targets.
• Carry out quality checks on all listed and outgoing merchandise, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Pack orders in suitable packaging and prepare postage documentation for shipment, maintaining good levels of packing materials.
• Deal with customer returns and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor routine online trading activities, regularly reviewing online platforms to identify updates and improvements.
• Work with the volunteer team to assess the suitability of goods for resale, and organize, sort, and price agreed stock items.
• Store all stock for sale in a tidy, organized, and logical manner, observing good health and safety standards and high levels of housekeeping.
• Take responsibility for the collection, collation, and recording of information relating to stock turnover and sales, maintaining accurate and auditable stock records.
• Minimize stock loss through security awareness and techniques, ensuring legal compliance of all online platforms.

St. Mary's Hospice provides care and comfort for patients living with any life-shortening illness or long-term condition, and their families. We support people from the moment of diagnosis and their families for longer.
