Senior Clinical Fellow in Cardiac Radiology

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fellow in Cardiac Radiology to join our team at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a post-CCT radiologist to gain valuable experience in cardiac imaging and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality cardiac imaging services, including cardiac CT and MRI
- Contributing to the reporting of complex cases and preparing for Multidisciplinary Meetings and Audit
- Working closely with the cardiology department to provide excellent patient care
- Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives
This is a 6-month post, renewable up to 12 months, with the possibility of a substantive consultant post being advertised in the future. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic department, with access to state-of-the-art equipment and a team of experienced clinicians.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- FRCR or equivalent qualification
- MB BS or equivalent qualification
- Full GMC Registration
- Completed at least 5 years' full-time training in Clinical Radiology (or its equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis)
