Cloud Solutions Engineer

Salary: Up to £55,000

** Remote Position (Candidates must reside in the South of England)**

We are collaborating with a prominent Microsoft Partner and Managed Service Provider (MSP) that is eager to expand its Professional Services team by adding three new members.

This organization specializes in delivering tailored and innovative Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to a wide array of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a variety of intricate and stimulating projects across Azure, Microsoft 365, and general infrastructure, aiming to provide top-tier solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and deployment of client projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high standards. Flexibility is essential as project durations can vary significantly.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team alongside Cloud Solution Architects and Senior Cloud Engineers, with excellent mentorship opportunities available.
  • Occasionally visit client locations for project execution, fostering strong relationships and identifying potential for upselling additional services aligned with our sales strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and SAN/DAS storage solutions.
  • Azure Experience: Familiarity with deploying Azure IaaS services or Azure Virtual Desktop is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years in a similar technical role, ideally within an IT reseller context.
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications such as AZ or MS series (pertaining to Azure or Microsoft 365).
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, commercial insight, excellent organizational abilities, and effective time management.
