CPR Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their Planned Works Division on a project in East London. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication across all parties, progress the projects, and ensure residents' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build Positive Relationships with residents and provide support and information during refurbishment and maintenance works.
  2. Mitigate Dissatisfaction with planned works by addressing concerns and resolving complaints and queries swiftly and efficiently.
  3. Resolve Complaints and queries in a timely manner, ensuring resident satisfaction.

Requirements:
  1. Clean driver's license.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience as an RLO within construction.
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  4. Positive and proactive attitude.
  5. Excellent written English.
  6. Able to work in a team.
  7. Competent computer skills.
