About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our technical safety, risk, and reliability engineering team, focusing on sustainable development associated with low carbon and energy transition across various sectors.

As a technical specialist and expert, you will play a key role in promoting our service offerings, developing, and growing the team of Technical Safety, Risk, and Reliability consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical safety and risk assessment in regulated industries, such as chemical and process, oil and gas.
  • Develop and deliver technical safety and risk management projects, including hazard identification, fire, explosion, toxic release, and hazard analysis.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver solutions to clients' unique difficulties.
  • Manage and promote the continual development of technical excellence and mentor junior consultants.
Requirements
  • Background in managing and delivering technical safety and risk management projects.
  • Business development experience, including managing and preparing bids and winning work in the energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of relevant international and industry legislation, standards, codes, and guidelines.
