Role Overview:

Senior Design & Development Engineer (Hardware)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join a cutting-edge stealth start-up in the UK, working on innovative product development from prototype to production.

As a member of our diverse team, you will have the chance to work closely with experts in their field, who have already achieved success with other start-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teams to conceptualise, design, and develop innovative products
  • Create and refine detailed designs using CAD tools to enhance prototypes
  • Engage in hands-on prototype construction and testing, making iterative improvements based on results
  • Tackle complex engineering problems with creative and practical solutions
  • Enhance product performance, reliability, and overall design quality

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced in Product Development from prototype to Production
  • Proficiency in CAD Software
  • Degree from a top university in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Electronics or similar
  • Exposure to RF, SDRs, or machine learning would be beneficial

Estimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
