Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractor's Site Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our school setting, including maintenance, fire alarm checks, deliveries, and cleaning. They will also be expected to contribute to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property, as well as develop good relationships with children and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the school setting, including fire alarm checks and deliveries.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for children and adults.
- Develop good relationships with children and adults, including staff and pupils.
- Work unsupervised and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
- Safeguarding Level 2 certificate within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one.
- Two professional references covering the last 24 months of work/study periods.
- Previous experience is essential.
