We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Site Manager to join our team at Reed Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our academy sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the academy site, including unlocking and locking the premises, ensuring the site is safe for staff, pupils, and visitors.
- Carry out repairs and low-level maintenance jobs, as well as cleaning to a high standard.
- Supervise and monitor the cleaning staff and their work, ensuring that the site is always clean and tidy.
