Horticulture and Agrochemical Professional

Russell Taylor Group is recruiting a Technical Manager to lead its Horticulture business in Ellesmere Port. This exciting opportunity involves providing technical expertise to support product development, managing the QC function, and building relationships with suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agriculture, Agrochemicals, Horticulture, Pesticides, Chemicals, Environmental Science, or Biology. They should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with the quality and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers to secure high-quality products.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Agriculture, Agrochemicals, Horticulture, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
