Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Housing Operations team, you will be responsible for managing contractors and direct labor, overseeing void repair works, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractors and direct labor to deliver void repairs in tight timescales
- Oversee making safe regeneration properties
- Ensure CDM compliance and health and safety management
- Set up weekly/monthly performance meetings
- Schedule sub-contractors to suit demand
Requirements
- Experience in housing operations and maintenance management
- HNC/NVQ3 or equivalent education, with IOSH level 3 or significant experience in construction/management
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIOH, RICS, CIOB) desirable
- Practical knowledge of the construction/property maintenance industry
What We Offer
£31.76 per hour (umbrella rate)
