Stock Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Control Specialist to join our EMEA operations team. This role will be responsible for efficiently managing stock levels, organizing storage spaces, and monitoring inventory movements within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Monitor unsaleable inventory, track and monitor inventory movement, provide reports on non-compliance, and conduct regular stock audits and stock counts.
- Receiving and Dispatch: Oversee the receiving process, check deliveries against purchase orders, ensure the accuracy and quality of incoming items, and oversee the dispatch process including reconciliation of returns and refusals.
- Data Management: Maintain alignment between 3PL WMS and Oracle systems, adhere to core metrics and KPIs, reconcile and align sub-inventory's, and maintain DOMO inventory reports.
- Communication and Reporting: Collaborate with various departments, generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, movement, and discrepancies, and communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding stock-related updates and issues.
- Quality: Be the point of contact for all quality-related issues, ensure inventory is placed on hold and communicated to stakeholders, and work with Supply Planning to identify held inventory and communicate it to relevant teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or related fields.
- Proficient in using inventory management software, WMS and Oracle/SAP, and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
