We are seeking an experienced nanny or individual with a passion for early years education to join our team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact on their lives.
Job Description: The successful candidate will assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging educational activities, support students' learning and development through one-on-one and group interactions, and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Additionally, they will provide emotional and social support to students, collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning atmosphere, and participate in professional development and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning and delivering educational activities
- Assist with student learning and development through individualized and group interactions
- Maintain a safe and well-organized classroom environment
- Provide emotional and social support to students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a nanny or in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Fundamental understanding of child development
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary that reflects your hard work and dedication to supporting the growth of young minds.
