About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Urgent & Unscheduled Care Division at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5 Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Acute Hospital at Home service.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with community and primary care colleagues in a seamless service, providing continuity of care for patients from hospital into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the Acute Hospital at Home service
  • Work closely with community and primary care colleagues to provide seamless care
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, colleagues, and visitors

Requirements:

  • Registered with the NMC
  • Minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience in General Medicine & Surgery, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, A/E, Critical Care, or Respiratory
  • Evidence of ability to practice as a competent autonomous practitioner
