About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Wetherby Manor, a luxury care home providing 24-hour residential and dementia care, assisted living, and nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, meal times, and activities, ensuring a high standard of care and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs, including NVQs and QCFs, to enhance skills and knowledge.
