About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our team at Carefound Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live with well-being in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and staying active, including escorting clients on outings
  • Supporting with medication management and specialist needs
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Running errands, such as shopping and picking up prescriptions
