Lead Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist to develop and lead a new and innovative Speech and Language therapy team in North East Essex. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside and provide leadership to our band 5 and band 6 Speech and Language Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist advice to our older adults' wards and have your own community caseload.
  • Work closely with other Allied Health Professionals and with our multi-disciplinary Memory Service and Community Teams.
  • Undertake research and other tasks that contribute to the implementation of the Trust Strategy for Allied Health Professions.
  • Provide training, supervision, and support to other disciplines as required.

Here at EPUT, we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able to offer safe and effective care at all times. All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank; however, this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
