The Ceredigion County Council is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Development Management Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating breaches of planning control and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree or equivalent in Town and Country Planning or a related discipline. You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough investigations into breaches of planning control.
  2. Utilise appropriate enforcement interventions to resolve issues efficiently.
Terms and Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options, subject to certain conditions being met.
