We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our Planning and Enforcement team in Ceredigion. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance on planning and enforcement matters, ensuring that our functions are upheld in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
About the role
You will be responsible for providing timely and effective legal advice on planning and enforcement matters, including representing the Council in court proceedings and conducting research and analysis to inform legal decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert legal advice on planning and enforcement matters
- Representing the Council in court proceedings
- Conducting research and analysis to inform legal decisions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of services
Average salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
