Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, we're more interested in your compassion and ability to care
  • Resilience and a willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team
