About Walsingham Support
Walsingham Support has been operating across England and Wales since 1986, enhancing the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. We pride ourselves on putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do, delivering specifically tailored support for every individual.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be person-centred, relaxed, and easy-going, with good time management skills and the ability to use your own initiative when needed. You will also need to be comfortable working in a lone-working environment and be able to provide support with cooking evening meals, administering medication, and following individual care plans.
Why Work for a Charity?
Working for a charity like Walsingham Support offers a range of unique benefits, including a sense of purpose, social impact, diverse and inclusive environment, skill development, community engagement, flexibility, and a positive workplace culture. You will also be part of an organisation that puts the people we support at the centre of everything we do, rather than making money for a board of directors.
