Healthcare Planning Expert for Interim Role

We are partnering with RFL Property Services to find a skilled Healthcare Planner for an interim position.

RFL Property Services is a subsidiary of the RFL NHS Trust and collaborates with hospitals and national commissions to support estate development, project management, and more. They seek a Healthcare Planner experienced in major healthcare schemes.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Healthcare Design process (HBN, HTM, H20 etc) and able to lead and challenge the design process. A clinical background would be beneficial, working on projects for RFL Group and external commissions. The role involves advising and establishing a new technical function within RFLPS.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and reviewing standard operating procedures, protocols, and processes to ensure seamless joint working across the system.
  • Providing data, information, thematic reviews, and activity reports as required to RFL PS and external parties, quality assurance boards.
  • Capturing learning from oversight visits and other work to identify lessons learned and service gaps.
  • Analyzing complex information from various sources to ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality results.

This is an interim opportunity initially for 4 months, with potential extension based on performance. We offer a hybrid working pattern and immediate start in December. Estimated annual salary: £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
