About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our D2A service in Somerset, which is part of the wider Intermediate Care service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of community working and supporting people within their own homes.
Main Responsibilities
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for carrying out specific therapy assessments, including goal setting and treatment planning, assessing risk, promoting and enabling independent functioning. They will work alongside our provider teams and rehabilitation practitioners to deliver high-quality care.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in community and acute OT, with a strong background in working with frail and elderly populations. They will also have supervision and appraisal experience, as well as evidence of advanced clinical reasoning.
