Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Platform Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, well-structured, and efficient web applications and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern web applications using the latest libraries and best practices.
  • Work on green-field projects from scratch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build new services and products.
  • Manage the planning of new software components, refactoring existing code, and ensuring consistency and standards in front-end development.
  • Collaborate with other teams to build new services and products, utilizing automated techniques, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Interpret and act on Flame graphs and other dev tools to increase application performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of modern front-end development, including CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Requirements:
  • Modern CSS (TailwindCSS, SASS, PostCSS) and TypeScript experience.
  • Ability to build components from scratch in a modern JS framework (e.g. React/AlpineJS) and a full understanding of the component life cycle.
  • Experience with a range of automated techniques, including writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Understanding of the importance of consistency and standards in front-end development.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices.
