Fleet Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Dawsongroup plc. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, working 7.30am-5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book MOT and Tail lift compliance with the branch manager and DGV Network to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Record and update all documentation and records on the maintenance system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and implement administrative tasks in the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure completion of all agreements, reports, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in vehicle rental or a related field.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent administration and typing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A pragmatic and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • A driving license is advantageous, but not essential.
