Diagnostics Specialist

Job Summary:
Filtronic is a world leader in the design and manufacture of customised microwave and millimetre wave electronics. We are seeking a skilled Diagnostics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose failure modes and identify corrective actions to improve product yield.
- Identify and communicate rework actions to production teams.
- Work closely with production, product, and process engineering departments to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with data analysts to gather and report on process improvements and cost reductions.
- Review and update production documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in RF/Microwave Test in a production or development environment.
- Knowledge and practical experience in the use, setup, and calibration of VNA, RF Synthesiser, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyser, and DC Power Supplies.
- Experience in using computers for automated test and software packages such as Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- UK Security clearance required.
