Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students with special educational needs. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of children's communication, problem-solving skills, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored educational plans.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encourage positive social interactions and assist with emotional regulation.
  • Support the development of students' confidence, self-esteem, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Genuine desire to work with children, especially those with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
