Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Phoenix Healthcare in Runcorn. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain communal areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste
  • Replenish supplies and materials as needed
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelves and equipment
  • Report any maintenance or operational issues
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of service is delivered
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
