Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Leeds. As a leading, full-service, independent law firm, they offer a generous benefits package, including hybrid working, up to 25 days paid annual holiday, free onsite parking, and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of property, including dealing with inquiries from buyers and sellers, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and working with banks and lenders. They will also have the opportunity to work closely with the sales and purchases team to ensure a seamless property transaction process.

The firm's specialist property solicitors work closely together to provide expert advice and support to their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a firm that is different from the standard law firm, with a great salary and benefits package on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all areas of property, including commercial leases and property inquiries
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Working with banks and lenders
  • Collaborating with the sales and purchases team

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial property law
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
