Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Leeds. As a leading, full-service, independent law firm, they offer a generous benefits package, including hybrid working, up to 25 days paid annual holiday, free onsite parking, and more.

The successful candidate will handle all areas of property, including property inquiries, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, acting for banks and lenders, and dealing with registration of property and HM Land Registry.

The firm's specialist property solicitors work closely with the sales and purchases team to ensure a seamless property aspect when buying or selling a property, whether it's a freehold, assignment of a lease, or granting of a new lease.

Applications are welcomed from candidates at NQ level and above. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a firm that offers a great salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling property inquiries from buyers and sellers
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Acting for banks and lenders
  • Dealing with registration of property and HM Land Registry
  • Working closely with the sales and purchases team

Requirements:

  • NQ level and above
  • Commercial property law expertise
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
