The project aims to explore the potential benefits of In-Memory Computing (IMC) in addressing the performance bottlenecks of AI hardware. By leveraging digital IMC, we aim to bridge the Von-Neumann performance gap for AI applications with massive data workloads. The project focuses on investigating unconventional computing domains, such as Stochastic and Quasi-Stochastic, for IMC. Key responsibilities include:
- Exploring the potential of IMC in AI hardware performance optimization.
- Investigating the application of Stochastic and Quasi-Stochastic computing domains in IMC.
