The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing spare parts and accessories, verifying order confirmations, and accurately receiving goods. They will also process notifications for scrap, damage, and credit, and ensure stock transfers are processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and receiving goods
  • Verifying order confirmations and updating systems
  • Accurate receipting of goods inwards
  • Processing notifications for scrap, damage, and credit
  • Ensuring stock transfers are processed correctly
  • Monitoring shipments and following up on overdue deliveries
Requirements:
  • Computer literacy with experience of warehouse management software
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a logical and systematic manner

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including paid overtime, a company pension scheme, and enhanced family-friendly benefits.
