Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
At First Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly experienced Aircraft Maintenance Director to join our Engineering & Maintenance team in Northwich. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage the overall maintenance strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team, promoting effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.
- Maintain key performance metrics, aiming to exceed 90% for corrective and preventive maintenance.
Key qualifications include 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, a strong background in a major accident hazard environment, and a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
Candidates must be willing to participate in a 1-week-in-4 Duty Manager rota and have a strong understanding of change management strategies.
