We are a specialist education provider seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This role is based across two of our renowned specialist schools, which provide exceptional support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

This senior position will provide advanced clinical services using evidence-based methods, setting SMART targets, and evaluating interventions. You will lead the development, planning, and evaluation of the Speech and Language Therapy service, including conducting clinical audits and contributing to clinical governance.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes for students. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and delivering Speech and Language Therapy services that meet the diverse needs of our students.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Location: Milton Keynes

Requirements: Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a Diploma/Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, minimum 4 years post-graduate experience ideally working with children or young people, strong organisational and leadership skills.
