Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Care Assistants to join our teams. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
- Conduct household tasks like cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Run errands, including grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot offer Health and Care Worker visas)
- Paid mileage at 35p per mile
- Early Pay App - request up to 50% of pay in advance
- Bonus for referring friends (£100)
- Holiday entitlement and pension scheme
- Apprenticeship opportunities
- Support for nationally recognized qualifications (Care Certificate and NVQs)
