Care Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential support and care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linen.
  • Accompany customers to medical appointments and shopping trips.
  • Support customers with medication and meal preparation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
