We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Digital Benefits Specialist to join our growing Flexible Benefits Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering flexible benefits platforms, providing exceptional support to clients and their workforces, and collaborating across teams to deliver tailored digital solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to learn, grow, and become an expert in the field of employee benefits administration. You will have the chance to develop your skills in data validation, client relationship management, and workflow optimization, all while working with innovative digital tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Administer flexible benefits platforms, ensuring accurate data validation and client-specific setups
  • Provide professional and accurate support through client and employee helpdesk services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering efficient and high-quality service
  • Manage workflows effectively to meet deadlines and service levels with exceptional accuracy
  • Collaborate across teams to exceed client expectations and ensure timely task completion

About You

  • You possess a strong foundation in Maths and English, with excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • You are eager to learn and develop new skills, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • A degree or Business Administration qualifications are desirable, but not essential
