Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Weekend Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care routines, medication reminders, and light household chores.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment by aiding with meal preparation and ensuring our clients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain open communication with our clients and their families, providing regular updates on their progress and any concerns.

Requirements:

- Organizational ability: Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client-centric approach: Showcase an innate sense of warmth, friendliness, and empathy, fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Please note that applicants must be UK residents, hold a valid driving license, and have access to their own reliable transportation.
