Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Companion to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will provide personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with grocery shopping.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental and social well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Support clients with medication management and appointment scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (desirable).
