Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee two supported living services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for adults with learning disabilities.
As a Support Manager, you will spend 20% of your time on shift, directly supporting and leading your team of support workers. The remaining 80% will be focused on people management and administrative duties. You will be responsible for setting a positive example through hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching your team to deliver exceptional care.
The role requires flexibility to fit with shift patterns of earlies, lates, and some weekends for the on-shift responsibilities, while management tasks are typically Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £30k, including allowances
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Predominantly day shifts, with some flexibility required
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential
- Ideally, you have a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards it through our funded apprenticeship program
