About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, profiling, and qualifying business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements and articulate how Accruent's Asset Management Solutions deliver value.
  • Support proposal writers in completing RFP and RFI documents.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations.
  • Lead proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase our solutions' capabilities.
  • Develop value statements that resonate with prospects and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other departments within Accruent.
  • Proactively expand your knowledge of product capabilities and industry processes.

What You'll Achieve:

You will work closely with account executives throughout the entire sales cycle, delivering value-based demonstrations and presentations of Accruent's engineering document management, CMMS, and site management software. Your keen eye for deal progress will help accelerate the sales cycle and drive success.

A Competitive Salary Package:

The salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a Software Consultancy or Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer position within the Enterprise SaaS and/or workspace management industry OR experience in managing a CMMS or EDMS solution in an industrial setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of success in a solutions consulting role OR managing an industrial CMMS or EDMS solution.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and map them to software solutions and customer value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for technology and drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
