We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to join our Basildon, United Kingdom-based logistics team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in handling goods, preparing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods for storage and distribution.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Accurate record-keeping to ensure stock levels remain up-to-date.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (if qualified).

Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail for accurate stock management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability with working hours, including potential shifts and overtime.
  • Forklift certification is an advantage.
