About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to manage a team of mobile engineers over a wide-reaching portfolio comprising of data centre and pharmaceutical sites. The role requires a practical individual capable of ensuring the team's maintenance work is completed to agreed standards. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced approach and be capable of managing the team's workload and time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working in critical environments (data centre, banking, pharmaceutical)
  • Has managed teams of up to 10 engineers previously
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for a portfolio of sites
  • Communicates well with a team, managing them efficiently through all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • A M&E background (relevant qualifications)
  • Strong organisational qualities to keep track of a variety of contracts
