Job Title: Tech Risk Governance Specialist

Location: London, United Kingdom

Corporate Title: Director

The first line of defence for technology risk within business divisions at Deutsche Bank sits within the Divisional Control Office. You will be part of a dynamic team consistently in demand for providing insights and managing IT and IS risks on behalf of the business.

You will contribute towards Deutsche Bank's strategic goal of managing risk within appetite while enabling adoption of emerging technologies for business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive understanding and representation of IT/IS risks with business line heads across front-to-back divisions
  • Ensure management transparency by timely reporting and represent IT/IS risk types and remediation plans against appetite at divisional Non-financial Risk Council forums
  • Lead Conduct Risk and Control Assessments and targeted deep dives across business portfolios
  • Run communication office and updates on external audit and regulatory findings in close collaboration with Technology Data and Innovation Embedded Risk Team teams
  • Work closely with peers leading other pillars in the team to establish an effective risk management 1st line function
  • Partner with 2nd Line of Defence and Non-Financial Risk Management to ensure alignment towards Group wide minimum control standards and risk appetite framework
