Teaching Swimming in a Fun and Safe Environment

We are looking for an experienced swimming teacher to join our team at Leytonstone Leisure Centre. As a swimming instructor, you will play a key role in helping our customers develop their swimming skills.

Your main responsibility will be to deliver safe and effective swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our customers. This includes creating a positive and supportive learning environment, providing clear instructions, and adapting your teaching style to suit different learners.

You will need to have a strong understanding of swimming techniques and safety protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A qualification such as STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 is essential for this role.

In addition to teaching swimming lessons, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and supported throughout their experience with us.
