Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with regulations while developing and scaling-up formulations and packaging that meet business needs. You will work closely with our Marketing and Innovation teams to identify and address product gaps and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and scale-up formulations and packaging in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and address product gaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by supporting the Product Development Director with assurance to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Oversee change projects related to consumables and ensure effective project management processes.
  • Maintain alignment with the Science and Regulatory teams on product development activities.
  • Ensure safety regulation compliance through effective product traceability processes.
  • Maintain relationships with eco-accreditation bodies such as EU Ecolabel and Nordic Swan.
  • Foster technical relationships with customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product development or technical management, preferably in cosmetics, biocides, and/or pesticides. Familiarity with international Regulatory Affairs is a plus. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing technical teams are essential.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. We offer a competitive package, including benefits and opportunities for growth.
